Small enough to tuck between larger pieces, this hand-painted Limoges box shows a white Siamese cat with the breed's elegant features picked out in paint. It was made and decorated by hand in Limoges, France.
A Regal Feline in Miniature
Siamese cats have a reputation for confidence and conversation, and this miniature captures that poised, watchful air. The white porcelain ground gives the painted details room to stand out, so the face draws you in even at this petite size.
A Cat Corner Worth Curating
Hand-painted porcelain from Limoges, France
One of the smaller cat boxes, easy to fit on a crowded shelf
Pairs with ball of yarn, kitten and cat basket pieces
Purr-fect Places and Occasions
Set it on a windowsill where a real cat might keep watch, or on a nightstand beside a framed pet photo. It is a kind remembrance for someone who has lost a beloved Siamese, a birthday surprise for a breeder, or a thank-you for the neighbor who fed your cat while you were away. Cat people tend to notice it on the shelf right away.
