The Castel'Pro® Multiply® Non-Stick Frying Pan is the coated counterpart to Cristel®’s professional stainless line. Its multilayer stainless-and-aluminum body is designed for responsive heat control, while the Exceliss+ surface handles foods that benefit from easy release. Four diameters, from 8 to 11 inches, make it possible to choose the pan by portion size rather than defaulting to an oversized all-purpose skillet.

“For delicate cooking, the surface matters more than bravado. Use this for eggs, fish, crêpes, and the foods that are simply nicer when they release cleanly. The important discipline is not to ask a coated pan to do the work of a searing-hot stainless one.”
-Mrs. Mayfair

Maker / Heritage

Cristel® manufactures cookware at Fesches-le-Châtel in France, a site with a long industrial history in stamped cookware. The company works extensively in 18/10 stainless steel, integrates more than 90% of its production in-house, and holds the French Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant designation; qualifying products also carry Origine France Garantie certification. Cristel® designs for durability, repairability, and long service rather than short replacement cycles.
