The 1826® Stainless Steel Frying Pan is Cristel®’s heritage-shaped everyday skillet: brushed 18/10 stainless steel, a tapered stackable body, and a 3-ply thermodiffusing induction base built from stainless steel and aluminum. Available from 8 to 12 inches, it is designed for browning, searing, sautéing, and the broad range of jobs where stainless steel rewards proper preheating and heat control.

“This is a pan meant to become familiar rather than precious. Stainless steel asks you to learn when the pan is ready, and once you do, it becomes one of the most dependable tools in the kitchen. Choose the diameter for the number of people you actually cook for.”
-Mrs. Mayfair
